Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order confirmation email is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard shipping (3–7 business days) and expedited shipping (1–3 business days) within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and email.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working to expand to additional countries and will announce international shipping when available.
